Network Activities

The implementation of projects is achieved through the integration of both the strategic and operational levels.

By systematically providing information on branch and market developments, a sound environment for cooperations is fostered and future-oriented project ideas are generated at the strategic level.  The network and the companies cooperate closely to transfer these project ideas into concrete projects.  These project development activities are an essential core competence of the network initiative.  The projects are accompanied at the operational level and, if need be, supported by additional measures at all times.  This procedure is directly geared towards AMZ’s guiding principle:  “FROM THE INITIAL IDEA TO THE SOP+.”

In order to attain the strategic objectives, it is also necessary to integrate individual projects at a much broader scale within the scope of a strategic competence field which ultimately results in the creation of stable alliances in form of innovation networks, bidding consortiums and networks for skilled personnel.

When it comes to the consolidation of competences, AMZ’s activities focus on promoting the specific Saxon competence fields at a transnational and a global scale.
