Measures - Projects

In the automobile industry, product and process innovations are vital prerequisites for obtaining permanent market shares and/or maintaining those shares in the global competition.

These market shares, in turn, depend primarily on the availability and qualification of engineers and scientists as well as the knowledge and expertise of skilled workers.

Small and mid-sized entrepreneurs in the automotive supply industry are still not sufficiently sensitized to the issue of strategic human resource management. This is also the reason why small and mid-sized enterprises tend not to be perceived as attractive employers. The lack of interest among pupils and apprentices in automobile-relevant occupational groups reflects this as well. In general, the demand for skilled employees is communicated in a highly diffused manner so that it is only with great difficulty that measures for general and continued education and training can be adjusted to the actual future profiles.

Primary Responsibilities:

In the immediate vicinity of an environment characterized by outstanding educational and research facilities, this will also spark new impulses for the entire region as a partner that cannot be easily substituted by another region.

That is why it is essential to modify the established event concepts at the strategic level and/or to replace them with new ones.
