6th Interdisciplinary Vehicle Colloquium - Forum for Interiors and Materials

The demands on the interiors of vehicles, whether on the road, rail, water or in the air, are growing steadily. Sustainable materials, appealing optics and haptics with optimal integration of electronic function and information systems are just as important as increasing safety standards, e.g. B. in fire protection.

Against this background, the Saxony Economic Development Corporation (WFS) is organizing on 7. June 2022 together with the Institute for Wood Technology Dresden (IHD) the 6th interdisciplinary vehicle colloquium at the tram manufacturer HeiterBlick in Leipzig.

As in previous years, the colloquium offers an ideal platform for the exchange of experiences between representatives of road, water, rail and aircraft construction. With this conference we give manufacturers of bodywork and interior fittings and their suppliers the opportunity to discuss requirements and approaches to new research and testing topics and relevant news. In addition, the opportunity is created to come into contact with HeiterBlick.

In addition to the lectures, a small accompanying exhibition of innovative products from Saxony and a factory tour are planned (subject to changes to the program).
