News from our AMZ network - EuroQ expands high-voltage range for electromobility

EuroQ GmbH from Emden expands high-voltage offering for electromobility

Emden, March 28, 2023 – Quality service provider EuroQ has successfully trained additional project teams on the requirements of electromobility and is expanding its range of quality services for battery, fuel cell and hybrid-powered vehicles to new locations. As an innovative quality service provider, EuroQ is proud of providing the best possible support and guidance to customers as they face the many challenges of new mobility. This is because the innovative technologies also lead to many new requirements for manufacturers in production and quality assurance.

Since the end of 2018, EuroQ has already been implementing projects on HV systems and HV vehicles for various customers. The company’s experts focus on electronic error diagnosis and correction, mechanical actions/retrofits, and flashing of ECUs and infotainment systems. For example, EuroQ was successfully involved in the start-up of e-vehicles in Zwickau, Hanover, Emden, Kippenheim, Brussels and other locations. Customers were also successfully supported in the inspection and reworking of high-voltage components for charging columns.

Many EuroQ specialists are now qualified in high-voltage levels 2 and 3. Furthermore, EuroQ can point to extensive international experience in actioning/retrofit projects of all kinds. In addition, necessary flash actions on infotainment systems and control units are routinely carried out following the actions.

The recent relocation of the Wolfsburg and Bremen sites has enabled EuroQ to significantly reduce travel times to its customers’ plants. Reduced travel time means greater efficiency and faster turnaround times, while reducing CO2 emissions from transfer routes. The relocation of further branches to more strategically favorable areas is therefore also planned for the future.
