Transformation-Hub (DiSerHub)

The first transformation hub that reimagines digital business models in the dimensions of production, distribution, utilization, and recycling!

Digitalization, networking, and new technologies are opening up potentials for structural change in the automotive industry. The regulatory framework developed in the DiSerHub project provides the basis for systematically unlocking these potentials throughout the entire lifecycle of a vehicle.

Within four relevant dimensions of the value creation process, it describes respective courses of action – digital services and business models – for the various stakeholders in the automotive industry, thus assisting them in managing the transition from a product-driven automobile manufacturer to a user-oriented mobility provider.

Throughout all phases of the automotive value chain, the DiSerHub project provides expertise and best practices. DiSerHub is active nationwide and consists of five project partners working together to achieve an improved, more sustainable utilization of automobiles through digital services and business models.

At DiSerHub, all those who wish to exchange and network with other actors in the German automotive industry, participate in changes, and thereby maximize the revenue potential of digital services or secure competitiveness come together.

The latest insights from research and innovation activities are made available on the project’s website in the form of on-demand and live content, blog posts, podcast episodes, and publications.
